Dr. Austria Pérez is a distinguished dental professional with over two decades of clinical expertise, specialized practice, and community leadership. Her career spans private practice, high-tech dental care, public health initiatives, and dedicated international service.

• Academic Foundation: Graduated from Santa Luisa de Marillac High School, perfected her English language proficiency at I've System, and earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the prestigious Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), D.R..

• Clinical Excellence & Innovation: A pioneer in modern clinical settings, she began her practice at Modsa—one of the first modular dental units of its era. With over 25 years of private practice, her expertise extends to cutting-edge technology, including 3D intraoral scanners, digital panoramic radiology (holding an active X-ray license/certificate), and collaborative work alongside leading implantologists and specialists.

• Global & High-Tech Practice: Her experience includes key roles at industry-leading organizations such as Vitaldent, Dr. Puglisi’s practice on 6th Avenue in New York City, and the Washington Dental Office, where she actively participated in the philanthropic initiative "Dentistry from the Heart."

• Public Health & Service: Committed to public welfare, Dr. Pérez served in public health programs starting in 2002, providing care in educational institutions, prominent regional hospitals (including Villa Mella and Sabana Perdida Hospitals), and local non-profit organizations. She is an active member of the Dominican Dental Association (Colegio Dominicano de Odontólogos). Leadership & Community Commitment Dr. Pérez’s life has been defined by service, youth leadership, and civic engagement. She served as an active member of Jaycees 80, as well as the Leo Clubs of Ensanche Luperón and Ensanche La Fe. Her ongoing dedication to educational communities earned her formal recognition from her daughter's school for exceptional involvement and support.
