GABRIELA VEGA

Bachelor in Food Technology, graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the National University of Cuyo (Argentina). Currently, I develop my professional career independently, offering comprehensive consulting, auditing, and health inspection services for various establishments in the food sector.

My work encompasses rigorous supervision across multiple key areas: I evaluate building and infrastructure conditions, verify compliance with hygiene standards in food handling, and oversee personnel in good manufacturing practices. Additionally, I handle technical advisory services and manage essential regulatory procedures, such as facility registrations and packaged product registrations, ensuring that labeling and packaging strictly comply with current regulations. Likewise, I manage training and process food handler permits for staff.

The independent exercise of my profession provides me with great autonomy to organize my schedules and plan audits according to each client's needs. This work dynamic not only represents great operational freedom, but has also driven valuable personal and communicative growth. Daily, close contact with production staff, executives, and regulatory bodies has allowed me to strengthen my self-confidence, overcome old public speaking barriers, and refine my leadership and interpersonal skills in every intervention.
