There are moments in life that don’t come to simply add something… they come to transform everything.

Entering the 1A1 Foundation was not a coincidence… it was a soul appointment.

Meeting Dr. Ángel Luis Fernández, Esdeihewe, marked a clear before and after in my existence. It was like finding, after many years, the missing pieces of a puzzle that had been quietly coming together since my childhood. Many questions that had lived inside me… finally found answers. Many experiences I couldn’t understand… began to make sense.

What I’ve lived and experienced was not simply learning… it was a profound process of transformation, of expanding consciousness, of inner awakening.

I learned to see the world with new eyes… but above all, I learned that what matters more than looking… is feeling.

I learned that true wisdom is not found in accumulating knowledge, but in recovering the purity of the inner child; in allowing ourselves to be amazed again, in believing once more in the magic of imagination, and in letting the heart guide our steps.

Little by little, judgments began to fade away, and in their place bloomed empathy, compassion, generosity, and a much deeper understanding toward every being that shares this journey we call life.

Today I feel more intuitive… more confident… more free… with far fewer fears.

More connected with myself, with humanity, with our beloved Earth, with the universe, and with every form of existence.

Because I understood that we are not alone… that life expresses itself in infinite ways: in the trees, in the plants, in the animals, in the minerals, in the crystals, in the mountains, in the rocks… beings that also vibrate, feel, communicate, and participate in this great web of consciousness, even if their form is different from ours.

Entering the Foundation didn’t just change the way I think…

it changed the way I feel, the way I live, and the way I love.

And once that happens… there is no turning back.

Because a consciousness that awakens… never falls back asleep in the same way.

Entrare a far parte della Fondazione 1A1 è stato come se improvvisamente si fosse accesa una luce sul mio cammino, che fino ad allora era stato pieno di confusione e ostacoli di ogni genere.

Per tutta la vita ho avuto delle preoccupazioni spirituali, ma non sono mai riuscita a trovare un luogo dove poterle esprimere senza sentirmi giudicata. Nella Fondazione ho scoperto che la spiritualità può essere vissuta nella vita di tutti i giorni: nel modo in cui tratti gli altri, come affronti i problemi e come scegli di agire con consapevolezza. La Fondazione mi ha aiutato a ritrovare fiducia in me stessa e ad avere il coraggio di fare cose che non avrei mai immaginato prima. Oggi mi sento emotivamente più forte, più consapevole dei miei pensieri e molto più calma, felice e soddisfatta della persona che sto diventando.
