ERIKA SUGEY

Director 2

ERIKA SUGEY

I firmly believe that God has entrusted every human being with a unique mission and equipped them with the precise gifts necessary to fulfill it. My life’s purpose is rooted in placing these talents fully at the service of others—promoting meaningful initiatives that inspire hope, elevate human dignity, and actively contribute to building a more just, solidary, and transcendent society.

This calling is neither a static state nor an abstract ideal; rather, it is a dynamic commitment that guides my personal, academic, and professional choices. Guided by a conviction that true progress must place the human person at its center, I strive to cultivate a vision where leadership is characterized not by authority, but by humble stewardship, quiet responsibility, and a deep, genuine empathy for the human condition.

My academic journey reflects a harmonious blend of technical rigor and spiritual depth. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Administrative Computer Systems, I developed a strong foundation in organizational structure, financial stewardship, technological solutions, and administrative discipline. This background provided me with practical tools to analyze complex systems, manage resources efficiently, and implement structured solutions within organizations.

Recognizing that operational excellence must be animated by a profound moral and ethical compass, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Sciences at Universidad Anáhuac. This ongoing theological and philosophical formation expands my intellectual horizon, allowing me to integrate technical proficiency with Christian humanism, ethical discernment, and a broader understanding of social responsibility. Together, these complementary fields empower me to bridge the gap between organizational efficiency and human transcendence.

Throughout my career, I have sought to cultivate an integrative worldview—one that unifies academic excellence, Christian values, and an unwavering commitment to the common good. I hold that technical skills and administrative insights gain their truest significance only when applied as tools for genuine transformation, serving to strengthen community bonds and uplift individuals in practical, measurable ways.

At the heart of my professional philosophy is the principle of authentic leadership. True leadership does not seek prominence; it emerges naturally from personal consistency, moral integrity, and a spirit of selflessness. It requires acting with discretion, managing responsibilities with thoroughness, and treating every person with profound respect. Looking toward the future, my commitment remains focused on contributing to initiatives that leave an enduring mark of hope on society. Whether through strategic administration, ethical leadership, or community-focused pastoral work, I aim to ensure that every endeavor I participate in reflects solid ethical principles and a transcendent outlook on human development. The most lasting and meaningful transformations occur when faith inspires service, and when that service is translated into concrete, practical actions. By placing faith, intellect, and administrative discipline in complete harmony, I remain dedicated to fostering environments where individuals thrive and communities grow stronger, more united, and deeply grounded in hope.
