MAYRENA MOLINA PUGAR

She has a solid professional career supported by rigorous higher academic training. She holds a degree in Business Administration from APEC University (UNAPEC) and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC). She complemented her professional profile with studies in Educational Sciences at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), thereby developing a comprehensive perspective on human development and resource administration.

Throughout her distinguished institutional career, she has held management positions in Human Resources at various companies in both the public and private sectors in Santo Domingo. In these roles, she led key processes in strategic planning, talent management, corporate leadership, and organizational structure optimization, distinguishing herself through ethical, efficient management focused on employee well-being.

Beyond her corporate profile, she cultivates a deep interest in artistic expression and the study of nature. She has completed formal studies in art and painting, developing an aesthetic sensitivity that complements her passionate dedication to orchidology, a discipline in which she explores the botany, cultivation, and preservation of these emblematic species.

Today, after concluding her period of active work in the public and corporate sectors, she enjoys retirement and places all of her leadership experience, ethical rigor, and vocation at the service of the common good as General Treasurer of the 1A1 Foundation, where she oversees the safeguarding, transparency, and proper administration of the institution’s financial resources dedicated to raising consciousness, integral human development, and Love for others.
